Who we are
CloverStacks (“we”, “us”) is a sole-trader digital studio based in the United Kingdom, operated by William Keely. Contact: wlkeely@gmail.com. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
What data we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone number, optional social links, and the project details you provide. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and (if you engage us) deliver the agreed services. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Project data for active clients is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax/accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the business (e.g. email, hosting, accounting), all under appropriate data-processing agreements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email wlkeely@gmail.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
